  • How to Apply

    Online Applications for the CLASS of 2030: As a part of the WNY Catholic Schools consortium, all incoming 9th grade applicants must complete two applications for Admission.  

    1. Complete the Catholic High Schools of WNY application and indicate NARDIN ACADEMY AS FIRST CHOICE.  

    2. Create an account in the Nardin Academy Admissions Portal, Blackbaud. This will invite you to create an account, if you haven’t done so already, and where you will complete your Nardin application checklist.
  • Be Our Gator Guest

    See what makes our vibrant community different on a shadow day and meet the girls and educators that will guide you through your next chapter.

    • Experience our one-of-a-kind Cascading Block Schedule.  Nardin students follow a varied schedule each day of the week. This allows for building real life autonomy, time management skills and offers brain breaks needed to stay fresh and focused.  It also gives our girls time for one-on-one or small group time with their teachers, club meetings and even our beloved House Competitions - all in a school day. 

    • Enjoy a delicious meal from Chef Julie’s scratch-cooked kitchen and make sure to try everyone’s favorite - the Nardin cookie.

    • Learn about our original wINTERMISSION self-exploration week. Students choose their own adventure - from service missions to domestic and international travel and real life career exploration, students journey beyond the classroom.

    • Discover how our  service, retreat, and leadership opportunities with Campus Ministry will guide your path.

    • Speak with our Athletic Director about our state-of-the-art athletic training and performance facilities and top-tier programming.

    • Embrace our beautiful Visual Arts Classrooms.  interested in Photography, Clayworks, or you would like time scheduled in your school day to decompress? At Nardin,, there is an art class for you!  Rare Patterns 2025.

    • If the Performing Arts are more your speed, please stop by to chat with Mrs. Jennifer Kiener ‘90.  Our past two musicals, Legally Blonde and Chicago: Teen Edition, have been nominated for multiple Shea’s Wonder Awards and won Best Choreography both years!  In addition, two of our past leads have won Best Actress, each going on to compete at the Jimmy Awards in NYC.  Proud is an understatement when it comes to our Performing Arts Department.  Up next: Footloose!

    • In between all of the above, witness our lively faculty in action and possibly even sit in on one of our AP courses that helped to award Nardin Academy with Platinum status, the highest a school can receive.
  • Letter of Recommendation and Transcripts

    We look forward to learning about your child’s character, sportsmanship, leadership, work ethic, compassion, and any other traits that help us learn more about who they are. The recommendation and transcript release forms can be found in your child’s checklist once you’ve created an online account in Blackbaud. Blackbaud will generate and send  these forms for you in just a few simple clicks.

    • Letter of Recommendation: Nardin requires one letter of recommendation, either academic or from a non-academic person in their life such as a coach, dance teacher, music instructor, troop leader, or community leaders from where your child performs service. 

    • Transcript Request: A transcript release form must also be sent to your child’s current school.
  • Entrance Exam Review Course and Entrance Exam

    Our Entrance Exam Review Course is designed to help prepare 8th grade girls for the entrance exam, which is a required piece of the application process. The course is held over three Saturdays and will be taught by two members of the High School’s faculty.  Students will review Math and English topics that develop and solidify skills that will assist each student in performing at their best on the exam.  The review book and snacks are included in the $75 fee.  Nardin Academy will waive the $25 exam fee for any student who takes the review course at Nardin.

    • Saturday, November 8, 2025
    • Saturday, November 15, 2025

    *There is a $25 exam fee for any student who did not take the review course at Nardin.

  • Receive an Admissions Decision

    According to the WNY Catholic Schools consortium, decisions will go out January 22, 2026.  This date is based on your application being complete by December 2025.  A completed application includes:

    • Catholic High Schools WNY Application (Select Nardin as your FIRST CHOICE)

    • A completed Nardin Application Checklist

    • Shadow Day experience 

    • Entrance Exam: November 22, 2025

    • Tuition Assistance application completed, if applicable

    For applicants invited to enroll, please pay careful attention to your email inbox after January 22, which will include directions on how to complete the enrollment process and officially BECOME A GATOR!
