As we turn another page in our calendars to November, we find ourselves at that familiar time of year when that distinctive hum can be sensed throughout the school.The newness of the academic year has worn off, student and faculty members are well acquainted, and the educational focus has made that exciting shift from review to new and exciting content and learning.
Nardin has been awarded a significant grant from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation which will fortify the hard work that is already taking place in supporting the health and well-being of our community of learners.
Under a sunny fall sky, Nardin’s Second Annual Homecoming event brought together our students, families, faculty, staff, and alumni to celebrate the spirit of Nardin, and I am most grateful for everyone who joined us and volunteered. The spirit and joy felt and observed by all is central to what is possible when we come together as One Nardin.
The official start of the 2022-2023 is just a few short days away, and, as many parents are counting the hours and minutes in anticipation of their children returning to school, the faculty and staff at Nardin Academy are in thoughtful preparation of our students’ return.
Nardin Academy is honored to announce that it is a recipient of an education and equity grant from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation. Based in New York City, the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of New Yorkers.
With spring in full swing, Nardin students across the Academy are showing their commitment to service this season of giving. A pillar of the Nardin Experience, service reflects the tradition of our founders, the Daughters of the Heart of Mary, and is lived out by our students through retreats, service projects, initiatives, and much more.
