7th Grade Students Place 1st in SJCI Math Contest
On February 28th, Nardin's 7th Grade Math Team placed 1st in their division at the annual St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute Brother Edward Martin 7th Grade Math Contest.
Participants are given arithmetic and geometry problems designed to identify students with strong math insight. At the closing assembly, awards are also given to the highest scoring student from each school.
Nardin student Stephen Sorrels took the second highest score in the division and honorable mentions for score were given to Joseph Pohrte, Karina Gill, Christie Jaoude, Amelia Jerge, and Camden Christian.
