Nardin Acadmey is pleased to welcome Kendra Brim ‘07 as Nardin’s first Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Opportunity. Kendra has vast experience working to help advance diverse and equitable practices at various organizations in Western New York. Most recently, she was a project manager at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York where she served as the external chair of its Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee. In this role, Kendra led collaborative discussions with senior leadership and employees to jumpstart and manage the DEI process.
"Diversity, equity, and inclusion is the responsibility of everyone. We must continue to cultivate an environment of respect and dignity," Kendra said. "It is equally important to provide all students an opportunity to succeed and thrive within the Nardin Community regardless of race, ethnicity, or creed."
She currently serves as the National Urban League Young Professionals Programs Chair and the past president of the Buffalo Urban League Young Professionals. Kendra earned a Bachelor of Arts at Colgate University and a Master of Science in Business Administration at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
