Meet the Squash Pro: Wednesday, September 8 from 6:30-8:30pm

Nardin Academy is pleased to welcome Lester Brown to Buffalo as the school’s Head Squash Pro and coach of Nardin’s Girls’ Varsity, Girls’ Junior Varsity and Coed Middle School squash teams.

All are invited to meet Lester on Wednesday, September 8th from 6:30-8:30pm at the Athletic Center at the Kevin T. Keane Sports Park at Nardin Academy, 97 Rosalia Street, Buffalo.

A native of Toronto, Canada, Lester spent more than two decades coaching squash to children of all ages and adults. He began playing competitive squash at Toronto’s York University, where he finished his collegiate career with a winning record and was a member of Toronto’s Premier Squash League before turning to coaching full-time.

Lester has coached squash at all age levels at 20 different schools in Westchester County and Connecticut. He has organized and hosted more than a hundred squash tournaments nationally. His career coaching highlights include Boys’ Division national championships (Darien, CT); back-to-back 2nd place Division II (Rye Middle School, NY) and 3rd place in Division III (Darien Middle School). He also coached 4 different girls’ high school teams (Rye, NY).

In addition to coaching Nardin’s three squash teams, Lester will offer private and semi-private lessons as well as clinics and social events this fall.
