Katie, formerly the Director of Development, was promoted to Associate Vice President for Institutional Advancement in March 2007. The Associate Vice President is expected to communicate a clear and consistent message about Nardin's accomplishments and capacity for future excellence. Strong relationships with its many constituents are an essential element for the school's culture of excellence. Katie's work with Alumni Affairs, Annual Giving, Lower School Admissions, Special Events, Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations must build and maintain strong constituent relationships. She has also assumed leadership responsibilty for Capital Campaign 2012. Katie has a degree in Nursing and enjoyed a career in her field for eleven years before having her family. Katie and her husband Bruce are parents of three sons; two attend Nardin Academy and one attends Canisius High School.

The Director or Alumni Affairs is responsible for planning and developing Alumnae events, programs, awards and out-of-town chapters. She also acts as the direct liaison to the Nardin Alumnae Association Board of Directors.

Carol is the proud parent of Erica Maher Silverman '96, and Ryan P. Maher, Canisius High School '92, who are the youngest of a blended family of seven siblings. Carol considers parenting to be her most treasured career. Carol's professional background includes more than thirty years as a highly successful sales and marketing executive in the field of telecommunications. She is also an active volunteer at Gilda's Club WNY, where she is a member of the Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Leadership Buffalo Class of 2009. Carol resides in the City of Buffalo.
Carol's departmental responsibilites relate to the Annual Fund programs, their continued growth and development within the current constituencies and the corporate sector.
Kathy graduated from Nardin Academy in 1985. She holds degrees from Canisius College, BA English and State University College at Buffalo, BS Education. In 2005, Kathy served as the class coordinator for her 20 year reunion and remained active on the Nardin reunion planning committee as the Party chair. Kathy is a past member of the Nardin Alumnae Association Board of Directors. She served as the Nardinware event coordinator and headed the NAA events and programs committee. She has volunteered at many Nardin events including Fortune. In May 2008, Kathy received Nardin's Star Award. She and her husband, Michael, have three children, who attend Nardin and they live in Orchard Park.

Kathy’s departmental responsibilities include cultivating and fostering constituent relations; researching and maintaining donor records; surveying funds and scholarships, as well, registering donations to Nardin Academy.

Eileen comes to Nardin after a 20-year career in the investment business. Eileen was responsible for the administration of a large holding firm and together with her husband, Michael began a successful investment consulting company in 1998. Two of her nieces attend Nardin and her mother is a Nardin alumnae. Eileen has four children, two dogs, and lives in Eden, NY.
Eileen's departmental responsibilites are to plan and execute all detials of the Fortune Auction which includes, but is not limited to, establishing donor cultivation events, auction strategies, and implementation of auction details.
