The elementary and high school parent portals and the the high school student portal are shut down for the summer to allow for updates and regular maintenance. All portals will reopen at the beginning of the 2010-2011 school year.
Nardin Academy has successfully implemented an electronic student information system called PowerSchool. This student data management system is used by the school to administer a wide range of student information, including grades, attendance, course assignments, schedules, demographics, and student activity data.
PowerSchool Parent Access is available for now to all parents of high school students.. This provides parents, guardians, students and teachers with another tool to communicate grades, attendance, and assignments on an ongoing basis via the Internet.
Since PowerSchool is web-based, it can be accessed from any computer that is connected to the Internet. In order for parents to access this new feature, they must have the following computer/internet access:
High speed Internet access (recommended) / Dial-up (satisfactory) AND either system listed below:
- Macintosh
- Safari or Firefox
- Java
- Windows
- Internet Explorer or Firefox
- Java
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
(Java and Adobe Acrobat Reader are free downloads. Click here to get Java or Acrobat Reader.)
Parents are issued a unique username and password that will allow access to view only their daughter’s information. If a family has more than one daughter in the high school they will receive a separate username and password for each student. We will also provide each student with her own username and password so that she also may access her grade & attendance information.
Before launching PowerSchool, please make sure that you have read the information contained in the links shown below:
