Nardin Middle School Students Place 2nd in Robotics Competition

On December 3, 2017, students from the Nardin Academy Middle School Robotics Club competed in their first competition with the Diocese of Buffalo's STREAM Academy.

The day-long event, known as the X-STREAM Games and Expo, drew 1,000 people from across Western New York to St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute and allowed students to share their accomplishments and compete against other teams. From robot competitions to video game demonstrations, students were immersed in hands-on, project-based learning.

Nardin students won 2nd place overall and brought home the Amaze Award for Best Authentic Design.

Congratulations to all members of the Robotics Club: Minega Mfizi, Alexandria DePalma, James Dodman, Camden Chrisitan, Clare Rados, Audrey Lorence, Juliette Forgette, Connor Rutowski, William Prendergast, Luca D'Angelo, Evan Izatt, Max Martineck, and Kevin Li!
